I’m a cross-disciplinary leader with a background in people & culture, marketing, corporate citizenship, DEI, nonprofit leadership, community organizing, adult education, and horse + human development. Organizational Authenticity is my mission.
Here’s why: When we experience people as inauthentic it threatens connection. “I’m not buying what they’re selling.” When employees and customers experience organizations as inauthentic in their ambitions and disconnected from their values it does the same — building tension and promising dissatisfaction, or worse, disengagement.
My team and I work in partnership across organizations,
with all departments, to uncover behaviors, systems, and beliefs creating organizational tensions – because Organizational Authenticity requires, well, the organization. All of it.
