Keynotes + Conversations

Unforgettable presentations and provocative discussions. At our place or yours.

A keynote is a terrible way to change an organization.

Unless it starts a conversation that refuses to end when everyone goes home.

That’s what we spark.

Your company contains multitudes.

So do we.

Becky has led global sustainability programming at a Fortune 500, teaches graduate students at Arizona State University's College of Global Futures, is an elected official in Virginia, and shapes municipal policy from her appointments on various boards. In other words, she knows how systems work, and how to change them.

Jason did graduate work in both Religion and Literature, built and sold two companies, led transformation work across a decade in a Fortune 500, has consulted for more than 100 companies, and has now spoken to 200+ audiences in 54 countries. He knows how stories work, and how they move people, companies, and markets.

Together, we run a non-profit that works at human scale to remove financial barriers of neighbors in need, and at sector scale to transform the efficiency, efficacy and engagement of non-profit organizations.

We bring decades spent building, governing, teaching, and figuring out how humans coordinate and evolve. We don’t do keynote theater. We offer hard-won perspective at a moment that matters for you and your teams.

If you're looking for a speaker who will leave your group with something they never considered but now can’t stop thinking about …

That’s exactly what we’re here for.

  • Jason’s keynote was both grounding and inspiring, and the perfect vehicle to launch our company’s new initiative.

    Sonali Goel, SVP, Macmillan Publishers

  • Having sat through countless speakers over the years, I can say Jason is the one of the most genuine, engaging, and entertaining professionals I have gotten to spend time with.

Reed White, Chief Revenue Officer, Clickboarding LLC

  • Jason delivered such a high-energy, engaging, educational keynote that his presentation remains at the top of our list. Our story: Once, a group of government IT professionals cared deeply about issues like cybersecurity and enterprise architecture but struggled to get key stakeholders to buy into their importance. Until Jason shared his wisdom on storytelling. At last, they had the tools they needed to turn complex issues into relatable narratives, helping to move initiatives forward and make government better.

Emily Lane, National Association of State Chief Information Officers

  • There are many storytelling consultants out there, but Jason’s singular experience as a scholar, literary agent, publisher, consultant, and corporate executive has endowed him with the experience and perspective needed to transcend standard models.
