The organizations of Tomorrow are living systems.

Shaped by story, defined by relationship, and embedded in ecosystems to which they deeply and forever belong.

Companies are living systems disguised as tax entities.

Collections of humans who draw from the Earth's systems to create value for other humans. That’s why, when organizations operate like the living systems they are, we see awakening. Vitality, creativity, and adaptability reemerge when we design as nature does.

This isn’t new. For decades, biomimicry has informed product design. Biophilia has shaped architecture. New research around resilience theory and environmental neuroscience points toward a new frontier: the wisdom of natural design applied to organizational structure, culture, and leadership. This means building companies as healthy ecosystems, ones that can sense change, adapt swiftly and cooperatively, and regenerate after disruption.

Yet most companies are managed as if they were machines. Rigid hierarchies instead of fluid networks. Predictability expected from systems too complex for such dreams. Fantasies of stability in a world that continually evades it.

The mechanistic structures companies have traditionally relied on no longer match the world in which we work. The results are predictable and everywhere: fractured trust, brittle systems, incoherent strategies, underperforming businesses. And unfulfilled humans.

Our companies are alive. It's time we designed them that way.

Vitality, creativity, and adaptability reemerge when we design as nature does.

The Organizational Development of Tomorrow is an ecological and narrative discipline.

Thriving organizations build first for meaning and relationship. Our work with Story and System helps you embrace both.

Narrative Strategy

Organizations move toward the stories they tell themselves. We help surface and craft the authentic story that will carry you forward. Honoring the weight of the past, pressure of the present, and pull of the future. Clear enough to guide. Human enough to inspire.

EX / CX Integration

The experience your people have inside the organization shapes the experience your customers have outside it. We help you see these human journeys within an ecosystem of interdependence, designing both together for mutual benefit.

Culture Renewal

Trust is (re)built through patterns. Small, consistent signals that create positive feedback loops of mutuality reliability, sincerity, and care. We help you identify where trust flourishes and where it falters, and design the conditions for trust to thrive.

Organizational Design

Most organizations inherit structures built for a different era. Our Nature-based Design methodology reimagines the systems, workflows, and decision architectures that shape how work happens, so they match the complexity you're navigating and build for the resilience you require.

Organizational Development creates the conditions in which humans and systems can do their best work, together.

If your organization is facing complexity that no longer responds to familiar tools, we welcome a conversation about what you’re seeing and what kind of future you’re trying to build.

Our work is active now across global enterprises, nonprofits, academic institutions, and government bodies, often at inflection moments of strategic transition, cultural repair, or organizational reinvention.

  • I’ve worked with Jason on a global, large-scale organizational transformation that impacted the work lives of thousands of employees and managers in the organization. Jason took a people-centric approach and created an engaging narrative that generated an immediate connection and alignment from all stakeholders. Jason’s ability to articulate an engaging high-level vision on the one hand, and clarify the journey and actionable steps required to get there on the other hand, is one of the best I have ever encountered.

    — Shiran Dinach, CEO, Informed Decisions

  • Becky provided critical feedback, emotional guidance, and heartfelt encouragement to change my leadership so the organisation could evolve. Every conversation subsequently left me wiser and rejuvenated. Wiser, because Becky uses her experience and emotional intelligence to connect with an organisation’s culture and its people. She can therefore articulate and navigate with compassion and authority through traditional hierarchies. Becky has been key to my success and the organisation’s transformation.

    — Sean Rafter, Manager Director, Kühne Foundation

  • Becky is a great example of an inspiring executive. She has a strong capacity for change management and is decisive, efficient, effective, and—most importantly—very humane and conscientious in dealing with all levels of the organization. She has managed to mobilize organizational culture deeply, positively influencing global teams, and consistently demonstrating great empathy and assertiveness and generosity.
